Between their fruity burrito, guacamole dip, or their lethal margarita’s, you’ll be happy after dining. Look for the huge white chicken!

Time to Service Your HVAC

Twice a year you should have your HVAC serviced (summer & winter) to keep it running energy efficient. Don’t forget on a monthly basis you should be changing your air return filters. Our HVAC contractor says to buy the cheap filters; they work just as good as the expensive ones when you replace monthly. If you have the metal filters, make sure to clean them monthly.

Our Tucson Real Estate Newsletter June 2018 – Gardening Tips for July

Water: Adjust the drip cycle to accommodate our monsoons.

Fertilize: Blooming plants often during monsoon season with a high phosphorous fertilizer. Palms in wet soil and water fertilizer into ground. Roses with half-strength fertilizer. Add epsom salts at half-strength. Deep water every day when rain isn’t present.

Prune: Mesquite & Palo Verde trees. Basil prune at least 1/3 of growth to ensure fall harvest.

Plant: Cucumber, melon, and squash for fall. Herbs (all but cilantro, parsley & dill).
