Here’s a recap for August & September’s Tucson MLS Report. Sad but true, we had a double digit decline in “Unit Sales” August over July by over 13% AND a decline in “Unit Sales” September over August. Guess what percentage the “Unit Sales” decline was in September? Sellers, it’s not our fault that buyers don’t come this time of year!
