BOLD t BUZZWORTHY news

tucson homes newsletter july 2014Tucson Homes Newsletter July 2014 – Things To know & things to do!

Hooray ~ The monsoons are here!! Tucson was fortunate that the monsoons started late June this year. Rain, a precious commodity for the desert, we’re lucky to report that of the top rainfalls Oro Valley/Tucson had almost 200% more rain than Cave Creek/Phoenix did.

The beauty is Tucson still enjoys the daily sunrise and famous sunsets since the rain is sporadic. June’s MLS results showed increases in AVG Sales Price, Median Sales Price, and Active Listings fell again. Could the supply & demand be helping our sellers?
