Sales Prices for single family homes in October saw – Median Price Decreased 0.1% — Average Price Increased 2.0% –from October 2023.

Winter months in Tucson, AZ are exception for outdoor activities. Daytime temperatures are around 65°F and evening temperatures will drop to around 40°F.

Pima Air and Space Muesum
If you are into aviation and the evolution of airplanes, the Pima Air & Space Museum is the place to go.
It is one of the largest non-governments funded aviation and space museums in the world. With 400 planes spread out over 80 acres. .
This show place for WWII planes with 3 indoor hangers dedicated to them. Three more hangers show notable planes that made significant contribution to aviation.
Outside you will find planes from many sectors of aviation. You can stroll around the grounds or take a trolly for a tour.

Arizona-Sonora Desert Muesum
The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is a 98-acre facility. It is a blend of a zoo, aquarium, botanical garden, and natural history museum.
The museum features two miles of walking paths on 21 acres of desert landscape.
The museum showcases the diverse flora and fauna of the Sonoran Desert region. Desert animal species, include coyotes, javelinas, mountain lions, and bighorn sheep.
It’s one of the most visited attractions in Southern Arizona and is a must see for residents and visitors. Before you go, take a few minutes to learn more about the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.
Maynards
Maynards Restaurant in Tucson, AZ, is nestled in the historic Tucson train depot. Its known for regional ingredients and partnerships with local purveyors.
