Median days on market is 33 for October 2025. That’s an INCREASE of 6 days from the prior year.
A few more numbers, the ratio of sales price to list price is 98.01% for October 2025. Total Active listings at the end of October stood at 5,066. Single-family at 4,055, Townhouses at 358, Condominiums at 308, and Manufactured homes at 293. Also, Mobile Homes were 52.
