Our “internet review” as of January 10, 2026, at bankrate.com shows current interest rates in Arizona are 6.00% for a 30-year fixed mortgage – 5.38% for a 15-year fixed mortgage – 7/1 ARM at 5.77%. These rates are essentially the same as December 2025. The “Experts” expect rates to remain between 6 and 7 percent in 2026. However, economic uncertainty may cause rates to move more drastically.
