Neighborhood LIFT Loan Program
A new loan program in Tucson on qualified properties (Tucson city limits or South Tucson) for eligible homebuyers offering $15,000 in down payment assistance. Annual income of all persons 18 and older living in the home must be at or below 120% of the Tucson Area Median Income (AMI). (FHA NeighborhoodLIFT has a limit of 115%.) Buyer must occupy the home and available for detached home, townhouse, and condominium (1-4 unit). |
