Sales Prices for single family homes in October saw – Median Price Increased 1.1% Average Price Decreased 1.1%from October 2023.

What makes Tucson a Great Place to Live?

What can you say about Winter in Tucson, Arizona? Its mild, sunny, and very comfortable. Daytime highs in the upper 60s to low 70s °F. Evenings/nights dip into the low-to-mid 40s °F.

Snow is rare in the Tucson area, but Mt Lemmon at 9,200 feet is a place to go if you crave a winter snow fix. And there is a ski resort there as well. Throughout the winter, outdoor activities thrive in the greater Tucson area. Golf, hiking, biking and any outdoor sport. Mount Lemmon

Mt lemmon skiingMt. Lemmon Ski Valley is the southernmost ski resort in the continental United States. This unique place provides winter skiing& snowboarding from mid December to April. Needless to say, when there is ample snow. In peak season Mt. Lemmon will get over 90 inches of snow.

Depending on where you live, the drive is roughly 90 minutes from Tucson to Ski Valley. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, you can go sledding or hop on the chair lift for a scenic ride.

At an elevation of 9, 200 feet, the temperature is a lot colder than Tucson. Even at 70 degrees in Tucson, Mt. Lemmon will be in the 30’s. Dress warm no matter what you plan to do.

Oro Valley’s golf courses have the Catalina and Tortolita mountains as backdrops. They create a stunning contrast between the lush fairways and desert landscape.
