Forty Niners Country Club Tucson AZForty Niners Country Club is an older Tucson golf community. Forty Niners Country Club is nestled between the Catalina and Rincon Mountains.  The Forty Niners Golf course meanders along a wooded riverbed with fairways lined by mature trees and native desert shrubbery.

The golf course provides a visually inviting 18-hole layout while providing a solid challenge for players of all skill levels.

Review Forty Niners Country Club Homes For Sale

Forty Niners is known for its mature landscaping and course conditioning.  The fairways are tight so good course management is the key to a low score at Forty Niners Country Club.   Accuracy off the tee and shot placement are more important than distance, so hit em straight!

Homes at the Forty Niner Country Club are generally built along the fairways of the course and provide a mixture of styles and ages.   The Forty Niners course has modestly rolling terrain plays to slightly elevated greens protected by sand bunkers.

The 18-hole Forty Niners course plays 6,630 yards from the tips for a par of 72, a course rating is 71.3 and a slope of 124 on Bermuda grass.

Forty Niners Country Club played host to the PGA Tour in 1963 and 1964.  It’s the only Tucson course that Jack Nicklaus played competitively and has been one of the top golf properties in Southern Arizona.
