Median and Average Sales Prices for single family homes moved up in July – Median Price Up 1.4% — Average Price Up 4.5% – from July 2023.

Moving, whether cross town of cross country, has its challenges. But a move in summer brings on a few more extremes.
Finding a moving company to fit your schedule is the first. Summer is a popular time to move. One big reason is that kids are out of school.
So, it’s advisable to start any summer move by scheduling movers early.

Weekend Get Away – The Grand Canyon
A summer getaway to the Grand Canyon offers a spectacular experience. Its vast expanse of gorges, ridges, and rock formations are, to say the least, incredible.
The South Rim, open all year, is the most accessible part and provides a plethora of activities. Most popular are hiking the Canyon Rim Trail or taking a mule ride.
It’s advisable to start your day early to make the most of the cooler morning temperatures.
If you are hiking, remember to pack essentials. Water, sunscreen, and a hat.
For the less energic, consider using the free shuttle services.
Also, a visit to the Grand Canyon will be a great break from Southern Arizona’s hot summer days.
